7 Day Meditation Challenge
Throughout this 7 Day Medi Challenge, we will be exploring the 7 Mindfulness Attitudes and sitting in a daily formal Meditation Practice.
Each day you will receive a new Mindfulness Attitude One Sheet: with Content, a Guided Meditation, and a Short Insight Activity. Daily meditation can be used as a tool to calm the nervous system, provide deeper sleep, and can strengthen our mind providing us with greater energy levels and increased focus and attention. Each session, the mindfulness attitudes are there for your reflection and deeper thinking about how you are integrating mindfulness into your everyday life.
After the completion of this challenge, you will have had an opportunity to check in with the body, mind and mood, and to develop an understanding relationship with your thoughts and emotions. It is my hope that you have unlocked a gateway to better living and are motivated to continue your journey as a more mindful being.

Each day you will receive a new Mindfulness Attitude PDF Sheet: with Content, a Guided Meditation, and a Short Insight Activity. You have roughly 24 hours to complete. All content, and audio-guided meditation is done in your OWN TIME . No live component.
