For the Whole Family

In these sessions, families practice relevant and engaging mindfulness and meditation practices with the whole family. Time to truly connect with loved ones and learn tools to use on a daily basis to contribute to an overall calm and happy home.

With a mindful approach, Charlotte encourages self inquiry and intention setting. Through meditation and discussion, Charlotte hopes to leave you feeling clearer, more calm and connected. Mindful Parenting Workshop

As parents, perhaps the most important thing we can give our children is the gift of our attention, full presence and support. This involves parents making space and being open to a mindfulness practice in their own lives, with the intention to facilitate this journey for their children.

Throughout this workshop, we will :

  • Understand how meditation and mindfulness applies to/and benefits me and my family

  • explore resources, tools and strategies to create a more mindful family and home.

  • Get motivated to become Mindful beings for ourselves and those around us
